Space Planning- Per Room

Sometimes clients need more by way of visualization. Space planning is a layer in the project where the designer maps out the most functional layout of a space using CAD software. Usually giving 2 options, the designer will implement all that has been learned from the client and fuse the knowledge with flow, function, and actual measured area. The resulting sketches will give the client a chance to connect with their space visually while providing schematic drawings that will give the chosen installer a detailed map of how to execute what was discussed.
